well welcome to the carp fishing podcast episode 52 and you might have just heard a load of rustling there I was just yeah not

that we're gonna start again but we we out fishing Mike aren't we yeah mate and

what did I say to you before we started we've got some new microphone kit which

hopefully because we do it outside might improve the audio quality because I

know a couple of guys over the years only only the odd handful, I must admit, Mark,

has said on certain devices, which I think is down to the quality of the speaker, because

I know if I play it through my car, it's fine. If I play it through my computer, it's fine,

but I've got a dodgy speaker on my phone yeah and sometimes I play the podcast

through my phone and it does when it peaks obviously when our voices get a bit loud when

we get a little bit excited maybe yeah sometimes it has a little crack on it so we've changed

over to a different style of mic which is more of a radio style mic. Hands free, isn't it?

And I said to Mark, whatever you do, don't start rustling next to the lapel mic, so we've

both got on, so we've both got our own mic.

And what does he do?

Start tucking in his socks.

It's freezing cold because we are out on the bank.

Hopefully the same quality is improved dramatically now.

But we are out fishing.
