Summary

Jamie Smith is this months special guest, a modest man but one that deserves alot of credit for the impact he's had on Carp Angling since the birth of his now cult, CP products brand. Many brands to this day still copy his early designs, testament to his thought process with product ideas decades before they became mass market produced. Few can claim to be true innovators but for me, Jamie sits proudly in that small group of talent. In recent years Jamie has purposely shy'd away from the limelight, preferring to focus on his work and customer satisfaction. His rods gather dust but his contribution to angling is still available for all to enjoy through his engravings, carvings, kettles and lareg scale artwork. Jamie delves into his colourful life and we listened in awe.

1:17.1	one go over not too far from uh there's a little lodge here so we're literally tucked under the lodge
1:23.2	at the moment got a rod out to where I saw a fish. Good fish come out for about 60 yards. So
1:27.8	got a PVA bag on its head. Well, as many will know, I don't know if I'd call it a PVA bag.
1:33.6	I'd call it a waggy, a baggy winds off. It is a bag. It is out there. It's not as, not as tight as I'd
1:39.6	liked, but time is of the essence because we've only got what a couple of hours something like to get out there

1:50.7	let's have a look it's the 24th of october and for the next two weeks the weather conditions
1:55.8	are are turning really warm again uh threatening uh 20 degrees by the end of the week, the night time temperatures are ridiculous.
