Summary

Somatic healing for childhood abandonment trauma.

The toxic mom doesn't have to be angry and abusive. She can be absent and neglectful. She can be unloving, disconnected and cold. She can abandon you and barely speak to you. She can give you the silent treatment for days. And she can send you on a very self destructive path. Tracy's mom didn’t bond with Tracy as a baby and continued to neglect her throughout her life. Tracy has spent a lifetime feeling the effects of this abandonment, going off the rails as a teen and becoming a young single mom. Tracy now helps others to go no contact with toxic parents and shares somatic experiencing which has had a hugely positive impact on Tracy's life and something she is now teaching others.
