In today's episode, I am breaking down what needs to shift internally so that you can start to get in alignment with healing. I know it feels HARD when you wake up every day feeling exhausted, anxious, and/or in pain. I've been there. I get it. I hope this will help.
I'm starting out the episode by giving you an ethos that I absolutely live by. This will help you change your entire life so that you feel lighter, more encouraged, and just HAPPY.
