Summary
After a hugely traumatic attempted out-of-hospital birth with my first baby, I wanted to do everything I could to have a redemptive experience with my second baby, right here in my home.
I worked so hard on the mental piece, which I touch on in this episode, and I ended up manifesting the most beautiful, hands-off, biological home birth ever. I spent the entire time in self-hypnosis and ended in a pool of rose petals where my calm, beautiful, healthy daughter emerged.

| 1:37.8 | has, like, talked positively about birth and made me feel like I could actually do it. |
