Summary
This past year, Neil and I have learned a lot about grief as we've processed the death of his brother Dave Stokoe, whose story you can hear in episode 1 of Mint Arrow Messages. Today we share some of the feelings we experienced individually, as a couple and as a family, what's helped us most, and hopefully what can help anyone else who loses a loved one or knows someone going through grief.
