Kale, strawberries, and spinach- these are some of the most popular examples of fruits and vegetables that have a high ORAC potential, otherwise referred to as the Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity. In this week’s podcast, I’ll be breaking down this concept and explaining how high ORAC foods benefit our skin and collagen production. And I think the stone fruits this year are going to be so good because it was so freaking cold and so much rain in California.

So I'm really excited, but we're going to talk about oxygen radical absorbance capacity.

What is that?

That is a measure of the antioxidant capacity of the foods that you eat. We need to be
