something that is really helped me in my life definitely with relationships of

the romantic sort but really any relationship any person who had a role in my

life and I had one in theirs but then we went our separate ways something that

has really helped me there is to stop keeping tabs on those people that is

it stop keeping tabs on people who are in your past those are people who

likely wronged you who don't deserve you and they proved it with their behavior

who deserved you at one point but no longer do don't keep tabs on those people

don't keep tabs on the almost people in your life people who you almost had

something with but for one reason or another you don't stop keeping tabs on

people who represent an older version of yourself that you have no interest in

going back to that's it that's the episode probably the most practical

recommendation I have is to stop keeping tabs on those people stop keeping tabs

on people who represent your past not your present and definitely not your
