Well, there are two main methods for meditation.

One is called concentration training, and the other is called pure awareness meditations.

So with concentration training, the mind is likened to be like a wild elephant.

Elephants are very smart and they're very strong, but they get spooked easily.

And when they understand Pete, they cause a lot of damage.

So the ordinary mind

is liking to be like a wild elephant. There are two ways you can train the elephant. One, you can

tie a rope on the chain on the elephant's neck and tie it to a stake and every time the elephant

wanders off it feels the pull of the rope. It figures it out after a while they can't go anywhere.
