of new mindset who this as always thank you so much for listening thank you for

supporting me and today I want to talk about love shocker another episode where

case talks about love but I do this I talk about the same topic from different

angles because that is what it takes for us to snap out of a funk to snap out of

robot mode to the snap out of romcom mode and get back into our life our lane

where we realize what love is and what love isn't and I think that

distinction the ability to make that distinction the ability to say this is what

I thought love was this is what you know social media or the movies have made

me think love is but here's what it actually is to me and more importantly to

realize there's a difference between the love you need and the love that

someone else needs they need this but you don't they don't need this but you

do the ability to only focus on yourself for just a moment with honesty and

compassion and patience that is how you end up finding the love that you

deserve because you're able to block out all of these sheds all of other people's

timing and pressure to have a relationship that looks a certain way and you

realize that you and me we don't need exactly what everyone else needs or has
