Have you heard those people talk about rest and you're like, huh, that's cute, that's cute, but I'm up over here trying to catch up on seven loads of laundry trying to run a business from home picking up two kids from 500 extracurricular activities

and trying to squeeze in a hot solid 10 minutes with my Lord Jesus.

Oh and PS I'm also trying to catch a date night with my boo

like once a month if I'm lucky so rest what exactly is that and how do we possibly

find it is that you I know that was me. I couldn't seem to figure out what people

meant when they talked about rest and biblically knowing that we're called to

rest but how if we don't have any time, was rest something that I was supposed

to chase physically, tangibly, was it something elusive, was it code word for something?

And what the heck was Sabbath? And was I supposed to do it or not?

Was I supposed to, like so many questions that I had around rest and as I, over the past year or so started leaning a bit more into scripture and even more learning

about God's will for my life, I started to realize that rest wasn't something elusive. It wasn't something that I had to wish for. It was something that was already available.

And the weirdest part, it was available in my busy, busy life. I can't wait for you to listen in to today's

episode because you're going to hear all about rest God's weight, resting in

him. So buckle up, grab your pillow.
