| 3:23.2 | So what does it mean to be a warrior? It means that we are catastrophically projecting into the future about things that haven't happened yet that we really don't want to happen. |
| 3:45.3 | So why does it matter? Why does it matter if you're a warrior? Because it's really bad for you. It's bad for your health, it's bad for your emotions, it creates tons of anxiety, you're in a fight flight freeze response when you're worrying so much of the time, it's negative and it's scary. And here's the thing. It doesn't actually change anything. |
