Hi guys it's Rach and this is a quick word on leaders.

I thought I would remind you of one of my favorite quotes. It's from Harry Truman.

He said, not all readers are leaders, And I have to tell you in the last 10 years as my career has gotten bigger and bigger and I have met leaders and then

Fortune 500 CEOs and massive authors, teachers, some of the biggest speakers on planet Earth,

as I have met people with more and more influence, I can tell you unequivocally that this is one thing

they all have in common.

I have never met a major leader who wasn't a reader.

It sounds silly.

It sounds like one of those cliche rhyming quote things,

but it is 100% the truth. I assume that's because taking on

the mantle of leadership requires a lot out of us whether you're a stay out of us.

Whether you're a stay-at-home parent or you're leading a big company,

whether you've just started your own small business,

or you're a leader in your friend group or your faith

community whatever kind of leadership you work to become better at it's lonely at the top.

When you really step into responsibility of leadership,

you want as much information you would love

a core group of friends who also understand exactly

where you are and what's going on and how to be better at it that would be amazing

right you would love a mastermind of leaders who are a few years down the road from where you are and can tell you all the advice and all the details about how to do this better.

Unfortunately, we don't always have access to that. But I assume

this is why so many leaders love to read because other teachers, other industry professionals, other
