I've decided to do another solo episode this week. We'll kick off our first interview of

2024 next week. My scheduled guest, by the way, is Todd Henry, who I believe will be making

his fifth visit to the show, maybe his sixth. I've got to go back and count them up, but it's at least

his fifth visits the show. And that means Todd Henry is the guest making the most return

visits in the 10 and a half years of this show, five visits in 10 years. But it's because he does

fantastic work. Next week we'll be talking about his book, The Brave Habit, a guide to courageous leadership.

I want to talk this week about legacy. I've talked a little bit about that when I shared a bit

about my friend Dan Miller, another author who's appeared on the show several times. I think

Dan's been here four times now. I want to talk about with regard to legacy, what it is, how to

build it. And more importantly, how to build it,

and more importantly, how do we ensure that the legacy we leave is the one we actually want to leave?

So let's explore this together, first with five thought-provoking questions.
