What's going on guys welcome back to another episode of the Bear Performance Podcast.

I'm your host Nick Bear CEO of Bear Performance Nutrition and right now we're about 40 minutes

out from getting some Chipotle catered to the warehouse for the BPN team.

It's something we'd like to do ever so often is I would say ever so often I mean pretty much

on a weekly basis.

We either do team dinners, we get food catered here, the team is working their asses off lately

and again when I say lately I mean the past year straight non-stop.

The team here, the employees, the staff has done an amazing job at being flexible and

resilient to everything that we've experienced as a company in terms of growth.

We've occupied, as you guys know and if you follow some social media and we've talked

about in the podcast, we've occupied an additional 10,000 square feet this year which we are

now looking for more warehouse space, more square footage.

As we grow we build out our new order fulfillment automation in the expansion so we added new

packing stations, flow track, racking which allows and minimizes the amount of manual labor

to restock pick shelves.

We added a conveyor belt which is now fully functional and as I speak right now we are

currently getting HVAC AC units installed next door.

So there's been a lot of moving pieces, we've had a lot of contractors in our space just

building it out the way we need to build it out.

We knew going into it this year that as we've been growing and we've expanded the team

dramatically.
