1:39.5 | a hybrid training program which is exactly how I train by incorporating running and weight training |
1:46.4 | into my weekly workouts and there will be a home training program as well into there. |
1:53.3 | I am super, super excited for you as it dive into the embrace suck training app and start training. |
1:58.9 | I know a lot of people have shown interest in a hybrid style training program. |
2:03.6 | I think one of those reasons is a lot of people have a difficult time balancing running and weight training. |
2:11.3 | And this is just something I have learned over the past decade of my life of training is how to balance these two, |
2:19.0 | dedicate time to both, excel in both and find a nice balance between the two. |
