on multiple boards of big time companies, and he is the co-founder and CEO of Boosted Commerce, a quickly growing platform that

is acquiring the top brands on Amazon. So in this episode, we're going to talk a lot about

how to go about getting acquired, meaning, you know, you could potentially sell your brand

for millions of dollars, what that kind of looks like, what they are looking

for in specific brands, and how that process works.

Keith, thank you so much for joining us on the podcast today.

Thank you for having me, I'm really excited to be here.

So I was looking through Keith's profile you know, profile and bio before jumping on

this call. And I was extremely impressed with what he's accomplished, with what you've accomplished,

Keith up to this point, you know, Stanford University graduate. We know that's not easy.

You've got some really awesome business experiences. Maybe let's just start off by just talking a little bit about

maybe just some highlights of your career up to this point. What kind of led you to starting

boosted commerce and getting into this business? Got it. So I've basically been an entrepreneur

my whole life and have tried to find areas that I personally am interested in and problems

that I think need solving for me personally and extrapolating that. And sometimes it's been

successful and other times it's actually just been my problem, I guess. And I couldn't reach escape velocity, I suppose.

And so for me, boosted came about from a couple of different areas of things that I was doing.
