| 1:09.6 | As now I've lived a while, I've just known a lot of people and what I see is their lives improve. They get a lot better. They do really well with self-care and then they begin to stop doing the self-care. In a few months years go by and they can't figure out why |

| 1:31.2 | happen to any of us. Any of us can really get to a place of just overall |
| 1:36.6 | happiness, well-being, enlightenment, whatever word we want to use, and life's going great |
| 1:41.6 | for us, and we fall from that. We metaphorically get out of |
| 1:46.4 | emotional health. Like physical, I often like to go back to physical, we can be |
| 1:52.2 | the most excellent athlete on the planet, just doing |
| 1:55.8 | stellar, a triathlete, exercising great at yoga, and so many different things. |
| 2:01.6 | But once we stop doing that, we're going to get out of shape. |
| 2:05.7 | Now with exercise, of course, as we get older, we are not going to be athletic. |
| 2:10.7 | But the great thing about happiness is we can maintain our level of happiness till the day we die. |
| 2:17.0 | But in order to maintain that, there's things we have to do. |
