Good morning my friends and welcome back to the morning mindset. I hope that you are dedicated, committed, determined today to align your mind with the truth of God.

Because as we live according to what he says is true,

we are living in alignment with reality.

You see, sometimes we read the truths of the scriptures and because

they are so heavenly because they are so different from the way our culture and our

world tend to think.

They don't resonate with us in a way that makes sense to us.

And so we can easily look at everything around us

and then compare it to what God says in his scripture and say

scripture cannot be true because I see all these other things around me that that

seem to be saying a different thing. Well you see that's backwards for the believer in Jesus

Christ. We are not to judge scripture and the truth it reveals by the culture

around us. We are to judge the culture around us by what scripture says because the way God views things and the way he intends things to happen and be in this world is reality because he's the creator of it all he's the one who's running

everything just like a you know your machine your engine your car runs your car so

to speak it's what propels it down the highway.

God is the one propelling history down the course of time and he is the one who

determines what reality is.

And so as we line our minds with his truth,

we're able to live that out day today.

I didn't really intend to say all of that,

but I'm glad that I did did because it's a good place for

us to begin.
