So I've got Tom B on the show with me today, Tom B.

I am wicked, and we have decided to rip on a show today kind of talking about coronavirus, kind of talking about stress, kind of talking about health, kind of talking about what's happening,

because it's obviously a poignant topic.

I remember seeing the first sort of reports of this

a couple of weeks ago, as many people have

in the news and sort of, you know, following along with interest like,

oh God, look at China, look at what's happening, oh that's bad.

And then it sort of ventured into Europe and then we're all just sitting there going, oh, okay, cool,

oh yeah, oh, okay and then you get a case in the

UK and then the UK wakes up and then the media starts talking about it and then I

remember last Friday which was the back end of February, and it basically said, yeah, we're now

going to pay attention.

And then I kind of looked at how it was scaling and we as a business sort of decided that it wouldn't be appropriate to have the BTN Academy this spring.

A lot of events are getting cancelled.

Basically the government are recommending not to bring people together and I think that's the

right thing. I made the decision as a business owner and looking at an educational experience

to say let's not bring people all together over the UK

put them in the room have high fives and shake hands all day in the midst of what's

happening so I thought we'd riff on you know coronavirus and also venture down a couple of

rabbit holes because it's a conversation that's gripping a lot of people and you
