Donya's an attorney. And so she's with me today to share some insights in particular.

She's an attorney, but she specializes in particular in mergers and acquisitions. So she's going to

share some general guidelines, legal perspectives, kind of insights, experiences from a legal

perspective as it relates to buying or selling a business. We'll probably focus on it a little bit

more from the buying side, but we'll kind of try to go back and forth from both

perspectives, both perspectives, rather. But we're going to discuss what are those legal

considerations that apply when we're buying and selling a business. We've talked a lot about on
