The Hello and welcome to mini episode number 5106 of real life ghost stories

and I have two spooky stories for you today

and the last story comes from the 6th of December 2025

and story number one comes from Cecily.

I've just been listening to 31 Days of Terror 2025, day number 21, and was compelled to write in after hearing the story about all the signs the writer was getting about their surgery.

As they were talking about seeing angel numbers, I was reminded of a moment that happened to me.

My husband passed away at the age of 38, after a long battle with Huntington's disease.

A horrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone, and I had started my attempt at moving on.

We were in the process of packing up and moving from New Jersey to Virginia where all of

my family was. In a moment of calm, I was standing on the back deck looking to the sky. It was a calm,

clear day, with no trees overhead and not a bird in the sky. It was unreasonably warm and I thought,

am I doing the right thing?'

And just as I finished that thought, I noticed a lovely white feather

with just a touch of brown on its tip floating down from this empty sky right towards me.

I held out my hand and it landed gently in my palm, as though that was where it had meant

to be all along. I'd never experienced anything like it, so I took that as a yes. So you can imagine

the brick that was shot as your dear listener continued their story with a white feather

floating down into their hand just after that memory had rushed back

into my mind. The synchronicities. Wild. I do have several spookier stories that I'll get around

to writing to you someday, but this was just too coincidental to ignore. Oh, Cecily, that just gave me
