And I just want to tell you something.

I cracked open a can of Coke Zero here.

And I just heard today that if you drink too much Coke Zero,

studies show that it substantially

increases your likelihood of getting a stroke, which is very frustrating to me because Coke Zero had

been my shortcut to not thinking about snacking between meals. So I don't know what I'm going to do now.

Probably start smoking. I don't know, Will, I would look into

that study and what it actually says because there is a whole history of this kind of bullshit

nutrition advice that, you know, there'll be some peer-reviewed academic study or something,

and then some writer will skim it, you know, some writer who's like, needs to file three articles a day for a newspaper and is like,

okay, what do I file?

And they find a study where it's like, oh, yeah, it turns out that they gave Coke zero to rats

and the rats all had strokes.

And yeah, like that might be true.

But often what you find in those studies is like the dosage they gave them would be like the equivalent if you drank like 10 million Coke zeros in your life to even get to like the level of increased possibility that they're talking about.

Well, you don't know how much I've been relying on Coke zero to get me to stop thinking about snacking between meals.

Okay, the fact is that any, literally any substance when consumed in excess is bad for you.
