Fred Evrard (IG: @fredevrard.academy) has dedicated his entire life to martial arts, nutrition, health and fitness.
In 2020 he was diagnosed with genetic stage-3 colon cancer. Using a 21-day fast, a strict ketogenic diet, cold exposure, sun exposure, breathing, meditation, supplements and only 3 sessions of chemotherapy, he won his fight in only 4 months.
Today, at age 50, Fred feels better, healthier and stronger than he did a 35.
This is a really inspiring story and you’re going to enjoy a unique glimpse into the life of someone diagnosed with a life-threatening condition.
