September was, it was a real highlight of my career.

So I mean that seriously, to be able to take the energy behind Relay and funnel it to something good was really awesome.

Yeah and today we're joined by a guest, a friend of mine, Chris Bailey, welcome to the Mac Power

It's delicious. Yeah. And it's a good date activity for anyone.

Yeah, well Chris wrote this amazing book called The Productivity Project and so years ago, well not that many years ago, but a while ago, he decided to try every productivity idea out on himself and he wrote a book about it.

You know, like he worked one week, 20 hours a week,

he worked another week, 80 hours a week, he took, he did math on it, brought brought science to bear it's a really great book

in fact I I liked it for my wife because she was interested in this stuff but she

didn't really start and because Chris covered so much in that book I got started but then when I went to lunch with
