Today I'm sharing the biggest lessons, the unexpected wins,

0:07.9

and the behind the scenes reality of what it's like to publish every single day for three months straight.

This is less of a how to episode and more of a reflection on this 90 episodes and 90-day challenge.

For those of you that have been with me every day for the last 90 days, you may recall at the beginning, I was going through kind of a dead period with the podcast. I was getting so busy with my agency

0:39.3

and other projects that before I knew it, I hadn't published a podcast episode in almost two months.

0:45.6

And previous to that, I had been extremely consistent posting at least one, sometimes two episodes

0:51.0

every week for almost five years. So I realized it was time to get my butt back

0:56.4

1:25.1

started this podcast back in February of 2020. And I guess I really

1:29.2

just wanted to prove to myself that I could do it, even though I knew that there was going to be

1:33.1

some big challenges and distractions along the way. It's summertime. All of my kids are at home.

1:38.3

No one's at school or preschool. So I knew that that was going to be tough to manage spending more

1:43.2

time with my kids and trying to do this as well.

1:45.9

I also knew that I was having a new baby coming on the way and she would likely arrive during this sprint.

1:51.4

As you guys have heard in a few of the recent episodes, sometimes it came down to the final hour, 930 at night, to get a podcast out just to keep the streak alive. That was definitely the hardest

2:02.6

period right here at the finish line. But I also think it helped that I had been so consistent up

2:07.4

to this point that it made it that much more difficult to give up. And I think that's a key.
