Hello and welcome to The Week Junior Show. I'm Bex and I'm joined by writers Eve and Joe from the

0:06.8

week junior, the magazine Making Sense of the World for 8 to 14 year olds. Now in a week where

0:11.9

experts revealed an ancient study in Peru and Texas in the US experienced flash floods,

0:18.1

we're going to be discussing some of the other stories, events and people that

0:21.5

inspired the week junior team. Now make sure you're listening closely because at the end of the

0:25.7

episode, we'll be asking a question about what you've heard. And if you answer it correctly,

0:48.2

0:54.1

0:55.1

1:01.9

Oh, you made me want one right now, Joe.

1:03.7

Eve, how about you?

1:04.6

Well, so I really like, specifically a magnum is what I go for.

1:08.6

But the other day I did something amazing when we had the heat wave and it was about 33 degrees,

1:13.6

I'd been for a picnic and I got home and I got a glass of ice because I also have ice in the

1:17.6

freezing as well.

1:18.6

I got a glass of ice and I kind of like I was holding it, waiting for it to melt so I could

1:22.6

just kind of drink just melted ice.

1:24.6

And I also had a magnum and I sat in front of a fan and oh, it was amazing.
