Summary

A lot of what we do here and what I teach is to focus on our thinking, because our thoughts truly create our reality. It is crucial that we understand this- because right now we’re blaming our life on the facts and circumstances and people around us.

But, today I want to teach you an evolved concept. One where we take your painful thought and instead of trying to thought swap to get to a better feeling, we make your painful thought a fact, and then decide how we want to feel about that.

This is especially helpful when you’re dealing with a diagnosis, a tragedy, a schedule that is out of your control, mental health issues, etc.

In today's episode, I walk you through what this process looks like and how you can use it in your life to grant yourself peace even in the midst of pain.

Nothing has gone wrong. This too shall pass. And it doesn’t have to be the best time for it to still be worth your time. Sometimes life is hard and we can do hard things!

See you inside💥
