The day of the robbery, Nautiest friend who I would usually go to school with, because she went to a fashion school and I went to Apex Technical School, which is near each other, and she was like, as she would always do, call me the morning,

you ready, meet me outside and I was like, I ain't go to school today.

She's like, why? I was like, I'm not going to school today.

And it was because I had just planned out robbery these guys.

I remember being like you're supposed to meet at a certain house to drive into Manhattan maybe I don't know two three o'clock I can't remember exact time maybe three o'clock something like that I remember being a little late and they was about to drive all like they was packing a car about to leave and I was like

y'all yeah you know wait for me and I came in a car and, you know, sometime I feel like,

geez, I could have easily just not been a part of that.

I remember when I was in jail, I just think that they didn't even need me to be there. They're about to leave me.

I would see ended up in tragedy. Hey there it's Light Watkins and we are back with another incredible story from the end of the

tunnel. What tunnel am I referring to? You know that moment in life when we think that all hope is lost and the worst has happened and that our life is basically over.

Marlon grew up in Brooklyn and to say he had a rough childhood would be an understatement.

Although he was a great kid at heart and he did well at school and he was grounded in his religion,

he was picked on and he was bullied and he was robbed and beat up countless times and just when he was starting to become accepted among his peers, he got caught up in an attempted robbery. Even though he was just the lookout, he didn't

have any contact with anyone who got hurt, he ended up facing life in prison.
