It was interesting because I was in this car getting driven outside of Paris and

first I didn't understand I got punched right away so I'd never been physically punched in my life so I was

ringing my mind was just spinning and I was looking at to my left and there's this man kind of just screaming and

crushing my phone and driving and saying all these knots I couldn't really

understand what was going on and he was abusive and I could hear like, it was just very strange.

But that blanked out and then I heard a voice and it wasn't my voice. I don't know who's still to this day

is an inner voice, an out of voice, whatever it is, a guardian angel,

whatever you want to say it, it is.

But the voice said, it is.

Well this week's guest is no exception.

Her name is Gabriella Wright and out in the world she would be known as an actress, a very successful actress who also happens

to teach meditation from time to time.

But after talking with her, I would describe her as a meditation guru who is also acting in movies and television from time to time.

Gabriella hails from London where she grew up in a very enchanting childhood and then in her late
