experiencing peace in the present moment is when our hope is suffering. We may not even feel like

we've lost hope completely, but the uncertainty that lies before us is often

enough to put a damper on our hope, that we feel like we might, in fact, lose hope forever.

But perhaps, even though it feels that way, there are still little ways that we can be reminded

of the hope that is growing around and within us. So here's to looking

closer. Here's a list of 50 little ways to go in search of hope right now. Now because this is a

list of 50, I don't at all expect anyone to remember all of these. So instead of thinking of these as a list that builds,

just allow yourself to listen passively and then pay attention to the ones that stand out to you

the most. And maybe that's the one you can focus on for the day. So I hope that this can be one of

those episodes that you bookmark and come back

to and listen for some new ideas whenever you're looking for a little bit of hope. Or maybe

delicious meal that you know is going to refill you. Number three, when someone makes time to talk

with you when they could be doing anything else. Number four, when someone checks up on you.

Number five, when you feel compelled to check on someone else.

Number six, the sound of a new song that speaks to an old feeling you've been trying to find the language for.

Number seven, a sunbeam that is able to find you through a cloud.

Number eight, the smell of clean laundry, a small thing to help you start a fresh day.
