0:14.6	guest this week because I wanted to take the opportunity to mark the occasion
0:19.3	today, the day that this monologue is released is exactly five years ago to the day that I first launched
0:26.7	the podcast or released the first episode of the podcast. So I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the journey and talk about maybe where we're going in the next five episodes, five weeks, five months, who knows, maybe even five years, I don't know.

0:44.8	five years, it's been a lot of work.

0:50.0	It was just me following my interests, releasing one episode after another, and it's kind of stuck,
0:56.2	and I'm truly grateful for everyone that has listened, whether that's one minute or 10,000 minutes,
1:08.0	it means a lot and if you guys weren't listening or no one was listening, I definitely would have stopped a long, long time ago. So I just wanted to acknowledge you guys the listeners and just thank
1:15.8	you for your listenership it really means a lot so, five years have gone by quickly, but equally when I reflect and look back, it feels
1:29.2	like a heck of a lot of work.
1:32.4	And I've definitely grown. The podcast has evolved and changed.
1:37.2	You know when I started it I was someone who was kind of really in the grips of this thing we call a CD and it was really just me, you know,
1:45.3	Stuart Ralph, the human, the individual trying to figure out what was going on in his mind and if anyone
1:50.6	wanted to listen, you know, that was a bonus to me.
1:53.3	And I think over the first year I quickly became, I guess you could call an advocate.
1:58.5	I wanted to advocate for you guys and for anyone struggling with this experience of OCD and really anyone struggling with any kind of mental health issues.
