0:31.2	laying on the couch eating an entire bag of spicy cheese hits and thinking about running to the
0:36.2	fridge for some ice cream. In a season such as
0:39.2	now, it is so easy to let go of that magic creativity dust. It's so easy to get lost in the
0:47.2	shuffle of life and forget about everything that you worked for, especially right now in 2020
0:53.3	with quarantine going on and everything is up in the
0:57.4	air about what our next moves might look like. Before we get started in today's episode, though,
1:03.7	I want you to know that it is totally okay to take a break right now. It's okay to find yourself
1:09.5	again. It's okay to get rejuvenated. That's when the onset of
1:13.8	something amazing is coming. I believe rest and relaxation help mold us and help us become our most
1:21.5	creative selves. So don't forget that as I give you my five ways to get your creativity back.
