I'm really excited to have this conversation tonight, five unpopular Christian truths.

So for this one, I'm doing something a little different. If you've watched my channel before, then you know that I am no stranger to using scripture, of course.

But I've never really done like a Bible study. that I am no stranger to using scripture, of course.

But I've never really done like a Bible study where I'm really just keeping basically

scripture on the screen the entire time and like going through verse by verse kind of thing.

So I have like 27 scriptures in isolation and then I have like six chunks of scripture that I want to go through in regard to these five unpopular Christian truths.

So what do I mean by that? I mean that these are truths just, you know, bringing through scripture over and over and over again.

And yet there seems to be like a lack of preaching from the pulpit on these particular issues.

You know, I think that the issue is that we have like a really comfortable church.

Like I think a lot of us like, you know, are in this thing where obviously not you if you're watching this, but a lot of us in the American church by and large, like we have this thing where it's like the thing that we do once a week.

Like we go in, you make sure you want to grab your coffee, you make sure that you know, you're all comfortable

and you know, you'll leave 10 minutes sooner than the sermon ends so that you can get to your

lunch reservation on time sort of thing.

Like church is just a part of what we do, but it's not necessarily like who we are or what we do,

if that makes sense.

And so these are just things that I read in my Bible.

And I think to myself, like, why do I not really hear this preached by and large?
