What's up everyone? Welcome back to the epic gardening podcast. Today Monday July 31st we are talking about oyster

Mushrooms and this is a question that I mentioned a little bit on last week's episodes, but I figured today I'd do a couple

episodes on how to grow these because these are really interesting.

A lot of people who are gardeners have not experimented with growing mushrooms and it's

actually surprisingly easy. I would argue that it's easier than most things you can

grow in the ground. Now that's a bold claim I know but having done

both that's just my personal opinion and if you venture into the world of

oyster mushrooms maybe you will find the same thing for yourself.

But growing them, while I could give you a high level overview,

I decided what I'd like to do is dive in a bit

and we'll talk about today simply the different types of oyster mushrooms that are out there

because again there are many more than you might think and they have different

appearances they have different textures, flavors, and different conditions for growing

that make them unique.

So let's get into it.

The first one,
