0:10.1	In today's podcast, I'm going to be talking about something that I've had so many of you
0:13.9	ask me to talk about.
0:15.7	And that is hard to deal with the grief that one experiences when you have a break up.
0:24.2	So I'm going to use this little demonstration to show you, and I've used this demonstration
0:28.7	before, but it's just excellent.
0:30.9	A break up does cause grief.
0:32.6	It's grief can come, as you know, from many sources.
0:35.5	And when you've just had a break up, it's so consuming.
0:38.4	So let's say that this little rock represents the break up.
0:42.3	And when it first happens, it's all consuming.
0:44.9	Look at this.
0:45.9	I have just literally squashed it into this little tiny shot glass.
0:49.2	And it's all consuming.
0:50.2	There's no room.
0:51.2	You can't just can't see.
0:52.2	It just like consumed you.
0:54.2	Now you feel like you're going to feel like that forever, but you won't.
0:58.1	Because time does pass.
1:00.2	So this could, that state could be, you could feel like that for a week or so, maybe longer.
1:05.9	But as the days go by, as you hit around about the 23 day mark, more or less, 21, 22, 23,
1:12.0	so you'll run around about the three weeks mark.
