Today I am going to be talking about five things that white people can do right now.

These past few days, I have been upset.

I've been angry and I can't even begin to understand the fear, hurt or anger that black Americans are experiencing right now. And because of that, I wanted to make this

episode specifically to help educate other white people on how we can use our privilege and our bank accounts

for good. So that's what I'm going to be talking about today. And I just want to point out,

and I'm going to point this out later as I talk through the different points, the different five things.

But I am not the expert on this topic and nor do I claim to be,

but I want to use this platform to bring light and to point you in the direction of those

resources or of ways to support or ways to be a part of this change and be a part of the solution and not be a part of the problem,

even if it's unintentionally. So here are the five things that, you know, we can do as white people

right now. So number one is to acknowledge what you were taught and where you came from.

So we will subconsciously think like where we are from until we intentionally updates our beliefs and our thoughts.

So what I mean by this, for example, for me, I grew up in, for me, what feels like a small town that now has about 15.5,000 residents.
