Jeep maker Stalantis naming a new chief financial officer.

The company said its previous CFO had resigned for personal reasons.

British drug maker, GSC, says that CEO Emma Walmsley will step down in December and be replaced by the company's chief commercial officer.

Walmsley had led GSK for the last nine years. Her contract was set to end next September.

You can see that stock right now up by about 3.5%.

SEC Chair, Paul Atkins, is vowing to fast-track President Trump's proposal to end

quarterly earnings reports. In an opinion piece in the Financial Times, Atkins writes that the government

should provide the minimum effective dose of regulation needed to protect investors while allowing

businesses to flourish. Vice President J.D. Vance says that he is optimistic about the future of TikTok

in the United States. Speaking on Fox News, the vice president said that he feels confidence

the U.S. side of TikTok is successfully separated from what from TikTok global and that U.S.

users' data will be secure. And Puerto Rican hip-hop artist Bad Bunny named as the headliner for February Super Bowl halftime show.

This is after reports that say Taylor Swift passed on an offer to star in that show.
