We are broadcasting from a beautiful sunny Austin, Texas, which is great because we've

basically been living through 40 days and 40 nights of rain.

But here we are, back to normal Texas weather, which is nice.

So Julie, welcome today's radio show.

So folks get into real estate for primarily three reasons, right? They want autonomy.

You know, they don't want a boss. They don't want anyone holding them accountable.

They want to basically, again, be their their own boss so autonomy being their own boss

is number two and number three is because they want it they think by being in real

estate it will make them rich and you know the reality of it is is that there is no

better wealth creation vehicle on the face of the planet more than real estate

and if you guys go back in history and study where essentially all the face of the planet more than real estate. And if you guys go back in history

and study where essentially all the families with the most wealth have made their money

generally and retained their wealth, it's almost always real estate. And I'm talking back to

the, you know, right when humans came out of cave, she'll see that essentially real estate is

and probably always will be one of the biggest wealth creation vehicles because everyone after all has to live something in something somewhere. Now some of you will argue and say, well, what about IPOs? What about the stock market? What about the Internet and all that's probably true? But realistically, historically, when you look at thousands of years, well, really hundreds of years, I think, is more relevant.
