there. Now, before I get to my five things, I think, I want to get a couple of the news items out right

away. So as I, right before I recorded this, found out that the bill, the spending bill actually

passed Congress. The RFK, the transfer of land from the federal government to D.C. that would have been that involved the RFK site

was not included. So there's no no return to D.C. as of we right now. Now the commanders can wait

and just see if it gets introduced next session. That would be a few months. And if they really want to

get down there and I think, and I know they do, then maybe they
