| 0:00.0 | Hello and welcome to the Tuesday January 28th |
| 0:10.0 | 2020 edition of Tesla Daily on official Tesla Podcast. My name is Rob Maurer. Today we are talking |
| 0:14.9 | about what I'm watching for from Tesla's Q4 earnings report scheduled for tomorrow. |
| 0:19.1 | On yesterday's episode we went through some of the consensus expectations and my thoughts around those |
| 0:23.8 | expectations. |
| 0:24.8 | But here I want to focus a little bit more on some of the more intangible things around guidance |
| 0:29.6 | and structure of the earnings report and what I'm really looking for in terms of |
| 0:33.9 | updates from Tesla for the quarter. So the first one here is sort of a cheat. It's |

| 0:57.8 | shape the future. |
| 0:59.2 | And a big part of that is Tesla's guidance. |
| 1:01.6 | So it remains to be seen what we'll get from Tesla in terms of guidance, |
| 1:04.7 | as I talked about yesterday. |
| 1:06.2 | They may not give us a whole lot of detail here, |
| 1:08.9 | but if they do a couple things that I'm gonna be watching for. |
| 1:11.9 | First is obviously Tesla's guidance for Q1. So does |
| 1:16.0 | Tesla continue to guide for sequential growth? I think is the big question here. In Q4 |
| 1:22.1 | they delivered about 7,000 more vehicles than they produced, which means they've drained their inventory and that's been consistent over the last couple of quarters. |
