Thank you so much for having me. I'm really excited to be here.

You know, this is a little bit different than what we've talked about, and I'm really glad

that you wrote this book because it's not a way that people approach business or finances. So right off the bat,

your book tells us that success is more about living your life with purpose and on your own terms.

To begin, can you tell us why that is so important to success?

Absolutely. So my new book, The Lemonade Life, which just came out, really ask a fundamental

question, which is what drives, really ask a fundamental question,

which is what drives success. And as you noted, many people think about success, hard work,

talent, financial success. I had an opportunity to have lunch with Warren Buffett. And what I learned

from Warren Buffett was more than just how to be an investor, how to build a great financial

empire, how to be successful. When I listened more intently, what I heard was actually building

a life built on happiness, right, and understanding who you are as a person, self-awareness,

having a positive outlook, understanding how to be more independent.
