1:09.4 | I don't think there's some objective point of readiness that suddenly you'll wake up and go, today's the day, I'm ready. |

1:22.4 | ready as of today. I think it's a little bit more nuanced |
1:26.0 | than that of course. But that being said I do think that there are some things that we can look at |

1:34.7 | passage of time, how we're feeling within ourselves that can point to whether it |
1:39.8 | would be is something that we could explore and you may find that you feel ready and then you take |
1:46.8 | that step and you start exploring new connections and then you actually decide no I maybe want to take |
1:51.9 | some more time for myself and that's fine too. |
