We're talking about Sabbath or as in our family,

which we'll talk about why in a second,

we say Shabbat in our family.

But man, am I excited for this episode

because I think out of all the things we're going to be talking about this entire season,

this one is really deeply important to us and I know it's deeply important to John Mark and his family as well.

And one that I believe, if you're going to listen to this whole season I mean hopefully

listen to all the episodes I think this one is kind of what I consider the like the

met the magic first step if you can start leaning into Sabbath you can radically change your life

but yeah let's just start with definition. Jean-Marc what would you say Sabbath is and maybe kind of the quick

misconception definitions I think actually because I

think this one has a lot of misconceptions of like people think it's a lot of things

that I would be like oh no I don't think that or I don't we don't do that

or you know so what would you kind of say the definition is on this one?
