Russian President Vladimir Putin met with his Turkish counterpart, Rajep Airdewan today to talk about the possibility

But no major breakthroughs came out of the meeting.

Putin pulled out of the deal back in July.

The deal had allowed Ukraine to safely export grain through its black seaports to be distributed worldwide.

Putin also said Russia is not refusing to negotiate on how to end the war, but accused Ukraine of scuttling a previous draft agreement.
