November 1st. The first group of foreign nationals including Americans to leave

Gaza are in Egypt according to the State Department. National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby

says they plan to get more Americans out in the coming days. Some injured Palestinians are

getting treated in several hospitals across Egypt. This comes after cutter broker to deal

between Israel, Hamas, and Egypt in coordination with the US following weeks of

negotiating. This is separate from negotiations related to hostages,

according to a source familiar with the talks.
