absolutely loved it. The topic was protecting your peace. We shared five pillars and I saw the breakthroughs. I saw the a I can do this. My life will be better if I do this moments.

Okay? So I'm going to, of course, as always, share some of the very best stuff with you here on the podcast,

five pillars to protect your peace.

Okay, number one, enhance your inner circle.

Right, think about it this way.

Who in your life, if you took a quick inventory, who would make it into your peace squad?

Right, who brings you peace? Who are you at peace around? Who brings you calm?

Who brings you this feeling of safety, security,

non-judgment.

Dial up your time with them.

And take a moment to question, you know, what qualities do they possess that keep you calm?

What is it about these people?

I'm guessing it's a lack of judgment.

I'm guessing it's accepting you for who you are. I'm

guessing maybe even their pace isn't frenetic. It's probably quite steady.

And when you're surrounded by a peace squad, right not high drama, high theatrics, oh my gosh, what's happening, she's going off the deep end, he's shouting,

when you surround yourself, you enhance your inner circle by dialing up the peace squad?
