It's a constant campaign. I once had a therapist tell me, you know, you're always going to have fear but you can't let it be

fear is a sickness and I literally look at it every day because I'm always so afraid of everything and I feel like for the most part the things that we're afraid of are just apparitions. It's not real. You know, we make it up in our minds that it's something to be afraid of.
