Welcome into today's show.

I wanted to keep today short and sweet because I am out on dad leave.

We, if you're hearing this, we are induced my wife tomorrow.

So by the time this airs, I will have a third bossy little

lady in my house. Tell me what to do. And that is what the Aitchison team is all about. We're just

breeding nothing but powerhouse women. That being said, I wanted to jump on here and share with you guys some takeaways from a buddy

that was just at a big commercial real estate conference where a lot of, it's called

ICSC.

It's where a lot of investors and vendors, national

tenant brands go and essentially kind of speed date in court. Hey, I've got this commercial

real estate asset in this market. We've got these vacancies. Oh yeah, you know, I'd love to

get my subway in there, right, or whatever it may be. So it's a great way to kind of court, connect, build relationships with people in the industry.

If you're in the retail or industrial, you know, kind of marketplace, even some office business gets done there.

That being said, these were some of the takeaways that I just wanted to quickly relate to you guys

that might help give you a little bit more of a pulse on the market.

Being that, you know, what's shared at these events on the front lines is ultimately,

these are the people that are in the trenches and the day-to-day of real estate investment.

And most consumers, most data, doesn't catch up on this kind of information or where the real

pulse of the market is or the sentiment of the market, probably until, you know, let's just call it

90 days, 120 days after it actually goes down.
