| 0:00.0 | What's going on, everyone on, everyone, Emily Abadi here. You are listening to another episode of Five Minute Friday from Hurtall. This has been one of those weeks that was nonstop. It was early mornings and late nights. It was trying to make time to fit everything in. It was |
| 0:38.8 | checking in on my people. I had the honor of hosting a dinner earlier this week. I did it with |
| 0:46.5 | the help of the team at On who helped me cover the cost. I invited a woman in the industry, |
| 0:57.6 | the wellness industry specifically, that inspire me and motivate me. And we sat down and we just laid it on. We talked about the good and the bad, |
| 1:05.2 | the moments that are hard, the hurdles that we face each and every day, the struggles that we |
| 1:10.1 | navigate as individuals |
| 1:12.4 | that are at the helm of our respective communities. And it felt so good in that moment to |
| 1:20.0 | feel less alone in all of the things that I go through on a day to day. And I walked away from that dinner feeling so much |
| 1:33.8 | gratitude, but also really reminded of the benefit of community. And on top of that, I was also |

| 1:56.2 | coworker or a good friend even or a family member. whenever we come into contact with a human being, |
| 2:05.2 | anyone, period, we are only privy to so much information. And between the laughs and the hugs and the |
| 2:14.0 | joy that I felt in this room, there were also so many conversations of struggle |
| 2:19.8 | and things that from the outside looking in, you would have no idea or going on with |
| 2:27.3 | maybe someone that you admire. And whether or not it's someone with a gazillion followers |
| 2:32.7 | or five followers, That is completely irrelevant. |
| 2:36.8 | And let me tell you, since then, every single person that I talk to, something heavy is going on. |
| 2:45.1 | Things are feeling some kind of way. |
| 2:48.9 | And so I guess the theme of the week, the thing that I'm thinking of really |
| 2:53.2 | this five-minute Friday is to have compassion for your fellow human today, tomorrow next week, |
| 3:01.9 | next month, next year, knowing that they too are navigating their own hurdles, just like you. My prompt for you this week, |
